It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley R. Plunkett of Millsboro, Delaware, born in Long Branch, New Jersey, who passed away on August 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dilione and Matilda Dilione; and her husband Frank T. Plunkett. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Plunkett (Jeanne O'Meara), Beverley Parker (Charles), Holly Bellingham (Jay) and Joy Spain; her grandchildren, Julie (Billy), Jason, Karly (Khang), Shane, Haley (Taylor) and Riley; and her great grandchildren, Lukas, Hunter, Weston, Kaden and Jax.
