In loving memory of Shirley Barker of Millsboro, Delaware, who departed this world on February 24, 2025 at the age of 69. Shirley leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bullock and Naomi Pope Bullock. She is survived by: her husband Dana Barker; her children, Shelley Bullock, Naomi Bullock, Danny Bullock (Carmen) and Alfonzo Bullock (Kimberly); and her siblings, Mildred Jefferson, Gloria Smiley, Lillie Bullock, Willie Bullock, Jesse Bullock, Robert "Ricky" Bullock (Anita) and Ronnie Bullock. She is also survived by aunt; 10 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Deliverance Bible Center (532 W 7th St, Laurel, DE 19956). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the St. John 2nd Baptist Church Cemetery (26602 Mt Joy Rd, Millsboro, DE 19966).
