He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Marie Mitchem (Belcher); and his sister Sheila. He is survived by: his father Larry Mitchem; his daughters, Jessica Sealey (Shondel) and Leah Bowler (Ryan); his grandchildren, Keigan and Arabella Sealey; his nieces and nephews, Crystal Baldwin, Aubree Jane Cobo, Spencer and Cohen; and his brother Anthony Mitchem (Dawn Ward).

In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored for trees to be planted in Ronnie's name.
