He was predeceased by: his parents, William West and Gertrude West (Wilkins); his wife Dolores Rickards West; and his sister Doris Downs. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Roach and Richard West (Dianna) of Millsboro, DE.; his sister Anna Mae Buhl; his grandchildren, Christine Anderson (Craig), Jennifer Leonard (Ty), Charlene Brown (Kyle), D. J. Roach and Shelley Roach; and his great grandchildren, Kiersten, Abrielle, Weston, Anberlin, Roxanne, Asher and Lily. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
