With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Andrew Toomey of Millsboro, Delaware, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Andrew Toomey, Sr. and Rosalie Toomey (White); his siblings, James, Howard Toomey and Rosalie "Net" Toomey; and his nephew Thomas Toomey.
He is survived by: his children, Andy (Trina Toomey III), Joshua (Carrie Toomey), Bernadette Williams, Benjamin (Renee Toomey) and Carol Toomey (Delena Arellano); his grandchildren, Alicia, Michael, Jasmine, Jadyn, Tackoma, Jude, Lilly, Evie, Miranda and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Ryver and Hazel; and his sister Betty (Grizzy Hurley).
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services (43 Thatcher St, Frankford, DE 19945).
