He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Prouse; and his siblings, Darla Fritz and John Prouse. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy L. Harmon Johnson Prouse of Millsboro, DE; his children, Jennifer Clarke (Edward) of Lancaster, PA., Michael D. Prouse (Kimberly) of Lancaster, PA. and Barbara E. McMaster (Tom) of Lancaster, PA.; his stepchildren, Dynell Thompson (Tom), Regina Moore (Johnny), Donald E. Johnson of Millsboro, DE and Juan E. Johnson (Missy) of Millsboro, DE.; his siblings, Geri Adams of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Tom Prouse (Inda) of Waskom, TX.; and his grandchildren, Donald, David, Josh, Katelynn, Brandon, Ashely, Jax and Aaliyah. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
