He is survived by: his children, Dallas Tingle (Dorlene) of Dover, DE, Dwight Tingle (Katie) of Millsboro, DE, Lorraine Riddick Hazzard (Leon) of Lincoln, DE, Jackeline Rivera and Jessica Rivera of Sugarland, TX; and his sisters, Julia Tingle of Lincoln, DE, Geraldine Peterson of Milford, DE and Regina Peterson of Georgetown, DE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
