He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Outcalt and Vera Bennett; and his great-grandparent Verona "Nana" Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Aliyah Ladson-Bennett; his daughter-in-law Rashidah B. Fowler; his granddaughter-in-law Ananda K. Kinard; his siblings, Eddie B. Outcalt and Julie T. Outcalt; his nephew Eddie B. Outcalt Jr.; and his uncle John C. Bennett. He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
A committal service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Delaware Veterans Cemetery (26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966).
