She was predeceased by: her parents, Curvin Smith and Ida Smith (Sellers). She is survived by: her husband John G. Slabonik; her son Jacob of Millsboro, DE; her stepdaughters, Jessica and Erin of Harrisburg, PA; and her siblings, Marty and Cheryl. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
