She was predeceased by: her spouse Manual Ghigliotty (Bud); and her parents, Salvador DeChino and Harriet DeChino. She is survived by: her sons, Frank Ghigliotty of Millsboro and Thomas S. Ghigliotty; her grandson Shane Thomas Ghigliotty of Chattanooga, TN; and her great grandchild Noah Thomas Ghigliotty.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Ceil's name to any local hospice organization.
