Root, Kathleen Creech, Gary J. and Larry E. Knauer; his stepchildren, Lawrence W. Moon (Teresa) and Michele L. Stamm-Bradley (Richard); his sister Margaret Asenanage; his nephew Arun Loptes; and his great-nephew Richard Todd. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
