He is survived by: his children, Gerard Williams of Dover, DE, Darnell Hall (Trina Dobraski) of Bridgeville, DE and Rahiem Kellam of Bridgeville, DE.; and his siblings, James Harmon (Lucille) of Seaford, DE, Cathy Matthews of Millsboro, DE and Tammy Matthews of Georgetown, DE. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
