She was predeceased by: her parents, Reece Kermit Ballance and Bernice Dixie Ballance; her husband Robert Jack Rogers; and her siblings, David Lamar Ballance and Lovie Dawn Fortune.

She is survived by: her sister Cindy Fullerton (Todd) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her children, Alicia Blair (Joe) of Lewes, Delaware, Michael Bousman (Alicia) of Edgewater, Maryland, Melissa Sekula of Millsboro, Delaware. and Scott Rogers (Vickie) of Denver; and her grandchildren, Haley Bousman, Samantha Bousman, Jacob Wilkerson, Amber Aiken and Brent Somers.
