He was predeceased by: his father John Woolbert; and his wife Joan. He is survived by: his sons, Jack (Carolann) and Jim (Chris); his sister Betty Ann; his granddaughter Jill Burger (Michael); his great grandchildren, Tyler and Zachary; his grandson Mark Avis (Meghan); and his great grandchild Avery. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
