He was predeceased by: his father John Raymond Welsh (Jack); and his daughter Rebecca Christine Welsh. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Jean Welsh (Briggs); his wife Christine Jane Welsh (McCaffrey); and his sons, John Gideon Welsh and David Edward Welsh.
