With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Marie Ilgenfritz in Millsboro, Delaware, born in New York, New York, who passed away on July 18, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight Boyce and Margaret Boyce (Hromcho); her husband John Ilgenfritz; and her sister-in-law Pamela Boyce. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Boyce of Georgia and Karen Ashley of Delaware; her nieces, Jennifer Burnett (Shawn) of Georgia, Erika Carlson of Connecticut and Ashley Riggs (David) of Georgia; her stepdaughter Karen Stamper of Michigan; her sisters-in-law, Bernie and Carolann; and her friends, Terry Boner and Bob Trupkiewicz. She is also survived by six grand nieces and nephews.
