It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Jenkins (Millsboro, Delaware), born in Millville, Delaware, who passed away on January 2, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bennie Chandler and Catherine Chandler (Banks); her siblings, Roland, Preston, George Chandler, Jean Robinson and Ruth Gum; her husband Edgar R. Jenkins, Jr.; her daughter Carol Jenkins; her pet Nick; and her siblings, Virgil Chandler, Joyce Tubbs and Carolyn Moore. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
