James Joseph Skarbek Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Joseph Skarbek of Millsboro, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 16, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Skarbek and Rita Skarbek; and his brother John Skarbek. He is survived by: his wife JeanMarie Skarbek; and his siblings, Robert Skarbek, Rita DiCicco and Joan Marsico. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
