With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Y. Bowen of Millsboro, Delaware, who passed away on September 7, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Young and Leona Young (Wessells). She is survived by: her daughter Gena Evans of Bridgeville, DE; her granddaughter Alicia Hamilton of Millsboro, DE; and her niece Eve Stocks.

In lieu of flowers, Gay has requested a donation in her memory to the Special Olympics, 619 S. College Ave., Newark, DE 19716.
