She is survived by: her sons, James Hitchens, Jr. (Tammy) of Gumboro, DE and Barry Hitchens (Diane) of Gumboro, DE.; her grandchildren, Keith Hitchens (Amber) of Gumboro, DE, Kirt Hitchens of Waldorf, MD, Mera Hitchens Cropper (Keith) of Dagsboro, DE, Chelsea Swain (Steve) of Bridgeville, DE and Trent Hitchens of Gumboro, DE.; her great grandchildren, Ellis Hitchens, Reagan, Kadence, Caleb, Saylor, Cambree Swain, Zoe Hitchens, Jace Hitchens, Jonathan Brittingham and Brielle Brittingham; and her extended family, Bruce Esham (Linda), Greg Esham (Lucilla) and Matt Esham (Crystal, family: Candace Esham, Calvin Esham).
