With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elaine Allen of Millsboro, Delaware, born in Newburgh, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her son William Allen, III; her great grandchild Riley Chapman; and her brothers, Glenn, Albert and Philip Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Allen of Lewes, DE and Amy DiBattista (Vincent) of Harbeson, DE; her grandchildren, Renee Cartwithin, Shawn Chapman (Tara), Cody Allen, Victoria Allen (Tiffany Lane), Sky Allen, Giovanni DiBattista Cody Jessup and Alissa Manning; her great grandchildren, Finn Wright and Cade Chapman; her brothers, Dennis Franklin and Benjamin Franklin; her sister-in-law Sharon Love; and her siblings, Willard Franklin (Darlene), Barry Franklin, Paula Konitzer (Jim), Tina Wright (Edward) and Lisa Franklin.
