We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2022, at the age of 101, Edna C. Belsky of Millsboro, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Ballentine Peppelman and Francis Peppelman; and her siblings, George, Bernard, Francis, Catherine, Elizabeth and Isabel.

She is survived by: her husband Bill Belsky. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
