With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Carroll of Millsboro, Delaware, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Carroll and Dorthy Carroll; his wife Carol Cramer; and his niece Terry Cramer. He is survived by: his daughter Lori Robinson; his son-in-law John Robinson; his grandchildren, Bernadette Wildoner (Matthew Wildoner) and Patrick Robinson (Mary Anne Robinson); his great grandchildren, Christopher, Hannah and Aiden; and his nephews, David Cramer (late Anne Marie) and Paul Cramer (Lisa Cramer).
