She is survived by: her husband William Allen Powell (Bill); her children, Brian Huey (Patricia), Janine Gwaltney (William) and Kimberly Purnell (Leonard); her siblings, Darrell Hayes, Janice Collin and Sandra Campbell; her daughter-in-law Beth Powell; and her grandchildren, Sean Huey, Jake Taylor (Louis) and Lily Powell.
