With solemn reverence, we commemorate Deborah L. Mann of Millsboro, Delaware, whose life came to an end on November 18, 2024 at the age of 68, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid Deborah farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Deborah is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhea Hart and Marie Kita Hart; and her brothers, Allen and David Hart. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Haines, Lindsy Johnson and Robert Haines; and her close friend Charles McKenzie. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
