She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Charles Moyer and Ethel Mae Moyer (Fein); her brothers, Stephen and Robert Jr.; her granddaughter Brittney; and her son Jeffrey.
She is survived by: her husband Christopher LeBlanc; her son Joseph (Kristen); her daughter-in-law Linda LeBlanc; her brother Brian Moyer (Joan); her grandchildren, Katelyn Wheatley, Tyler Hill, Sarah Hill, Quentin Wilkerson Jr., Dakota Wilkerson and Sierra Wilkerson; and her great grandchildren, Ariella, Eliza Rose and Brayden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, DE 19966).
