With solemn reverence, we commemorate Charles Michael Kelminsky of Millsboro, Delaware, whose life came to an end on February 11, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving behind cherished memories. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Paul and Andy Kelminsky; and his sisters, Marie and JoAnn Kelminsky.

A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Comfort Cemetery (6600 S Kings Hwy, Alexandria, VA 22306).
