He is survived by: his wife Bonita Speaks Whaley of Maryland; his daughter Oveta Fullman; his stepdaughters, Kasandra Hatton and Regina McDowell; his siblings, Oveta Gray (William Sr.), Marsha Whaley, Christilita Ford and Robert Whaley; his grandchildren, Candace Whaley, Dasmen Fullman and Darnell Fullman Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Brandon Hatton-Brown and Keisha Mcdowell; his great grandchildren, Kaydence Whaley, Dasmen Fullman Jr., Keshon Hughes Jr., Blair Fullman, Da'Nylla Fullman, Rhyus Fullman and Caleb Bailey-Fullman; and his aunt Alma Rita Howie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
