She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel N. Shockley and Flossie Shockley (Long); and her sister Minnie Steele. She is survived by: her husband Charles Long; her children, Margaret Long McCabe of Selbyville, DE, Debbie Brewington of Millsboro, DE, Charles Long Jr. (Deborah) of Georgetown, DE and Kim Schoenle of Federalsburg, MD; her sister Elizabeth Evans of Bear, DE; and her grandchildren, Elbert Collins (Melody), Douglas Collins (Heather), Phillip Collins, Eric Collins, Frank Moore, Bruce Moore, Hobie Brewington (Lori), Trent Collins (Kelly), Jamie Hull (Rob) and Melissa Schoenle. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
