Blanche Williams Baker Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Blanche Williams Baker of Millsboro, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 17, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Elsie Steele Williams; her husband J. Raymond Baker, Jr.; her father John J. Williams; and her daughter Lora Baker Ware. She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Baker McCarty of Millsboro and Holly B. Coates (Bob) of Sedona, Arizona; her grandson Michael McCarty (Sylvia); her daughters, Megan McCarty Brookhart (Scott), Layla Ware (Marcos) of Luria and Julia Ware (Landon); her great grandchildren, Sean, Kaci McCarty and Kathryn Brookhart Lorbacher (Austin); and her grandchildren, Lindsey Brookhart, Mateo and Nico Luria.
