He is survived by: his husband Wayne Edward Perkins; his daughters, Tina Marie Haynes and Amanda Ellen Perkins; his granddaughters, Jessica Rose Norwood (Arzell), Jacqueline Oliver and Megan Pomar; his great grandchildren, Isaac Norwood and Scarlette Norwood; his siblings, Tiajuana Smith and Irving Smith; and his nephew Kenneth Smith.
