He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Sr. Baugh and Elizabeth Baugh; his former wife Carolyn A. Baugh (Kemp); and his sister Elizabeth Baugh. He is survived by: his wife Ida; his sons, Alan of Lewes and David of Felton; his brother Richard (Ida); his nephews, Joe, Kenny (Elizabeth) and Dan; his niece Debbie (Curtis); and his daughters, Debbie, Ruby and Kathy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
