He is survived by: his children, Fonda, Shawn and Kathleen; his stepsons, John and William (Joe); his former wife Patricia; his daughter-in-law Liz; and his cousin Norma (Terry Holloway). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
