Richen (Jeffery); his granddaughters, Penelope Sage Williams, Mirabella Marie Williams and Agatha Louise Richen; his mother Mary Williams; his siblings, Mark Williams, Michael Williams and Kelly Sydnor; and his in-laws, Chris, Keith Trombly, Robyn Ratliff, Jeffrey Ratliff, Debbie Ratliff, Donald Ratliff, Michael and Pam Ratliff.
A reception was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mispillion Art League (5 N Walnut St, Milford, DE 19963).
