She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Steen and Elizabeth Steen; and her brother-in-law David Layton. She is survived by: her husband Francis Webb (Buddy); her son Michael Webb (Cathy); her grandchildren, Mike Webb (Blakely) and Amber Lovenguth (Adam); her great grandchildren, Marshall, Weston, Saylor and Gage Lovenguth; her sisters, Loretta Steen and Elizabeth Layton; and her siblings-in-law, Dottie Papp (Lou), Betty Davis (Bill), Rick Webb (Debbie) and Tim Webb (Jean). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to either the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1640, Hagerstown, MD 21741 or to the Milford Little League, P.O. Box 404, Milford, DE 19963.
