He was predeceased by: his father Eugene F. McCarthy. He is survived by: his wife Meghan McCarthy; his daughters, Kimberlyn and Maddie Jo McCarthy; his mother Carmelea E. McCarthy; his sister Nicole White (Raymond White Jr.); his niece Kali'ana White; his nephew Kameron White; and his close friend Drew Cassidy.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium-Atkins-Lodge Chapel (16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel (16961 Kings Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lincoln Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a college fund for Joe's daughters, which will be announced soon.
