She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel Haywood and Margaret Haywood; her husband Ralph Spain; and her daughter Marietta Jones. She is survived by: her daughters, Marhta Ackovitz (Saul) and Amanda Bradley (George); and her brother Lemuel T. Haywood. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
