She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin Lambert and Madeline Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Hartzell; her children, Michael and Mariah Hartzell; and her brothers, Michael Lambert (Marcia) and Don Lambert (Carol).

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the Special Olympics Delaware, 619 South College Ave., Newark, DE 19716.
