She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Nickel and Luette Nickel; and her husband Perry Martinson. She is survived by: her children, Peter Martinson (Karoline Hassfurter) of Arlington, VA, Philip Martinson (Christine) of West Chester, PA, Paula Ennis (Patrick) of Clayton, DE and Dori Martinson of Phoenix, AZ.; her grandchildren, Noelle, Nikolas and Hailey; and her great grandchild Ava.
The family kindly suggests that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Harvest Years Senior Center in Camden, Delaware in Charlotte's memory.
