He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Patrick, and Bette Patrick, Sr. (Faulkner); and his sister Patsy. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; and his children, Lori Patrick (Scott), Lisa West (Ben), Nathan Jackson (Mindi), Charles Patrick and Kyle Jackson (Whitney). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Milford Blue Hen VFW Post #6483, 177 Veterans Circle, Milford, DE 19963.
