He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. Arthur Jr. and Sharon Arthur (Lindsey); and his brother Robert Arthur (Bob) of Indiana. He is survived by: his wife Jodi Arthur (Ordway); his daughters, Lori Jones (Derek) and Sarah Simon (Jack); his grandchildren, Haleigh, Piper, Bliss, Ella and Bo; his brothers, Thomas Arthur (Sheryl) of Indiana, Timothy Arthur (Beth) of Indiana and Daniel Arthur (Shanda) of Ohio; his sister-in-law Lonnie Arthur (McNally) of Indiana; and his cousin Donald Arthur (Frances) of Florida. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
