He was predeceased by: his parents, John Whitley and Edith Whitley; and his wife Carol Whitley. He is survived by: his son David Whitley; his brother John "Jackie" Whitley, Jr. (Carol); and his pet Ziggy.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rogers Hovatter Funeral Home (301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, DE 19963). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
