Arrington of Middletown, Delaware, born in Appomattox, Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker F. Arrington and Ann Arrington (Coffey); and his son Robert D. Arrington. He is survived by: his wife Billie Lorraine Arrington (Dempsey); his children, Walter Lee Arrington and Michelle L. Marinelli; and his granddaughter Brianna M. Marinelli.
