She was predeceased by: her parents, William Russell and Cecil Osborne Budd (Edson Taylor Packer). She is survived by: her children, Karan Virginia Packer (Edward Melega), Sarah Smith (James), Alexandra Poling (Jeffrey) and William Joseph Packer; and her grandson Jacob Edson Poling.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Peter's Anglican Church (1069 Frenchtown Rd, Elkton, MD 21921).
