With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherry Elizabeth Duff of Middletown, Delaware, who passed away on September 25, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Sherry Elizabeth farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sherry Elizabeth is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Stackelin and Claire Welch Stackelin. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her daughters, Melissa Nichols (James) of Middletown, DE and Aimee Duff (Mike Whipple) of Derry, NH; her grandchildren, Sophia, A. J. Nichols of Middletown, DE and Austin Whipple of Derry, NH.; her sister Janet Lombardo (Carl) of Sykesville, MD; and her brother-in-law Gerald Duff (Rena) of St. Clairsville, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
