He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Foley and Helen Foley. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Slone (Brent), Michael Foley (Loretta), Susan Hinnant (Robert), Amy Hladney and Matthew Foley (Meaghen); his grandchildren, Shannan Slone, Connor Slone, Monica Foley, Benjamin Foley, Christopher Foley, Nicholas Foley, Lindsey Downing, Evan Gustafson, Rocco Hladney, Lauren Hladney, Jacob Hladney and Emma Foley; and his great grandchildren, Mason Downing, Mia Downing, McKenna Downing, Easton Gustafson, Aiden Gustafson, Jack Foley, Cooper Foley and Caroline Foley.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Daniels and Hutchison Funeral Home (212 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church (2431 Frazer Rd, Newark, DE 19702).
