She was predeceased by : her parents, Philip Fazzari and Francesca Facciolo Vavala Fazzari. She is survived by : her husband William Muzzi, Sr.; her son William Muzzi, Jr. (Lauren Boder); her grandchildren, Meghan Thompson (Peter), William Muzzi, III and Justin Muzzi (Carly Costello); her niece Stephanie Tolson; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ash and Reagan Tolson; and her sisters, Theresa Olszewski (Ed), Nancy Johnson, Mary Fitzpatrick and Charlene Mazzarelli (Carl).

“I worked with Phyllis for many years at Braunstein's Department Store at Prices Corner, where she was a department manager. She was quick witted; a hard worker and I was very lucky to call her a friend. I think of her often and am sorry to learn of her passing. May she rest in eternal peace. -Tom H.”
