She was predeceased by: her husband William "Smokey" Manlove; her parents, Robert Kelley and Frances Kelley; her brother Robert Kelly; and her children, Desiree, John and Joey.
She is survived by: her brother Arthur Kelley; and her children, Fran (Laurel), Michael (Kris), Patty (Alan), Kelley and Ed (Pam). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear, DE 19701).
