She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Martin and Effie Martin; her husbands, William Walters, Jr. and Richard Faulkner, Jr.; her son James Walters, Sr.; and her brothers, Lawrence and Henry Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Daffin (Les), Salisbury, MD, Brenda Stant (David) of Sudlersville, MD, Billie Comegys (Jack) of Sudlersville, MD, Charles Walters of Harrington, Bruce Walters (Cindy) of Middletown, DE and Sheila Dill (Danny) of Dover, DE; her daughter-in-law Debbie Walters of Summerville, SC; and her sister-in-law Jo Ann Martin of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren, one nephew, and two nieces.
