He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Clark (Whalen); his children, Mary Ann Clark, Steve, Ted and Joe Clark, Jr. (Anna); his sister Kathy Clark; his grandchildren, Alec (Anna Noel Alesi), Skylar, Rachael, Dylan and Paige Clark; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Sofia and Andrew Clark.
